He built Fekkai into the first luxury haircare brand and sold it to Procter & Gamble before buying it back to reinvent it for the new generation. A mother of 5, Alison Cayne decided to go back to New York University to figure out a career that would combine her interests in food, cooking, the environment and sustainability.
